Gehana Vasisth to shoot nude for a Tamil remake of Sunny Leone-Pooja Bhatt starrer Jism 2

Bollywood actress Gehana Vasisth who recently posed in the nude amidst a lot of controversy has been signed on by RVV Films Intenational – a Chennai based Film production house which is producing a remake of the Sunny Leone – Pooja Bhatt starer Jism 2. Says producer Raju V Vijay, “I saw some of Gehana Vasisth nude photos on the internet and I knew I had found the actress I was looking for my film. I immediately contacted her through her manager and have signed her on for the film. The paper work is ready and I will meet Gehana Vasisth next week to complete the legal formalities.

The as-yet unnamed film is a remake of Jism 2 and Gehana Vasisth plays a high-class, jet-setting call girl who is roped in by an intelligence agency to nab an international terrorist. All hell breaks loose as she falls in love with the terrorist and becomes a double agent, almost betraying the intelligence officers.  Producer Raju V Vijay who has produced and released almost ten Tamil films till date confirmed that there will be some very steamy love-making scenes in the movies. “It is not a remake of Jism, but goes far ahead of Jism in terms of maturity and love scenes. There are about 15 love making scenes in the 2.5 hour movie,” he revealed.

Actress Sapna to embark on hunger strike if Sunny Leone judges India’s Got Talent Veteran actress Sapna announced on Monday her decision to embark on an indefinite hunger strike if Canadian porn star Sunny Leone is selected as a judge for the Reality Show India’s Got Talent. Speaking to the media, Sapna said, “What is Sunny Leone’s qualification to be a judge on an Indian Talent Show? Or is she going to give the participants roles in her porn films or in her porn production house? Does Sunny Leone know Indian dance or music? Thousands of Indian girls are exploited every day by producers and production executives and today in the television industry girls have to “compromise” even for very small bit roles. The poor girls who leave their families and homes are left with no option but to give in to the demands of producers and directors because they cannot go back to their home town.

In this scenario selecting a porn star as a judge is sending a very wrong message. The production house associated with India’s Got Talent should clarify this news and officially denounce it if it is not true or else I will embark on an indefinite hunger strike once the show begins, said Sapna adding that she was hurt and pained that Ekta Kapoor has roped in Sunny Leone for her film. “Her only qualification is that of a porn star. What is her contribution to Indian film, music, culture or society, except for her porn videos online,” asked Sapna?

Spurred by the success and acceptance, if not red-carpet welcome accorded to Indo-Canadian porn and adult entertainment star Sunny Leone in India, several European and American porn stars are considering a career in India, says celebrity publicist and freelance journalist Flynn Remedios who recently conducted an online internet poll on a Twitter.

According to Flynn Remedios, “We contacted about 100 porn stars in Europe and America and asked them if they would like to come to India to shoot either for a film or some print photo shoots. About two years ago, a majority of them would have answered a straightforward “NO” knowing the legal situation and other socio-political ground realities in a conservative country like India. Now the situation has completely changed. With Sunny Leone endorsing a mobile phone brand in India and her 3-film contract with Mahesh and Pooja Bhatt, besides her stint in Bigg Boss last season, several porn stars are busy contacting production houses, artiste management firms and casting agencies in India for work. I have been approached by at least three porn actors for Bigg Boss 6 and other Reality Show participation through my news blog futuristicmedianetwork.wordpress.com,” explained Flynn Remedios, adding that another 7-10 international celebrities in the same league as Pamela Anderson are eyeing the top shows in India.

“The porn actors we contacted said they were willing to do “all kinds of work” for anywhere between 300 USD to a 1000 USD per day (Rs 20,000 to Rs 55,000 per day) depending on the kind of work involved. If it’s a big banner film production, some of them were even willing to work for around 100 USD per day. This is much less than what the average Indian model would charge per day. Another Indian Casting Agency Crimson Gems Productions has signed on 5 international adult artistes for prints and brand endorsement work in India.”

“Foreign models and actors are treated like Kings and Queens in India and are paid much more than what they would get in their own countries. Porn artistes get anywhere from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per shift in the US. Here they are paid Rs 50 to 70k per shift day, plus 5 star stay and travel. That is the reason why many of them are packing their bags and getting on the first flight to India,” opines Remedios.

IAAF supports actress Sapna in her tirade against Veena Malik

The Indian Artistes and Actors Forum (IAAF) has officially lent its support to veteran actress Sapna in her tirade against Veena Malik. In a letter addressed to actress Sapna, IAAF spokesperson Flynn Remedios said that the IAAF strongly stands by Sapna in her efforts to bring transparency in the film industry and fight the Casting Couch.

At a Press Conference held in Mumbai on Tuesday, veteran actress Sapna had launched a massive tirade against Mahesh Bhatt, Sunny Leone and Veena Malik and called for a complete ban on Veena Malik and Sunny Leone from working in India.

Speaking in the presence of various TV news channels including ABP News (formerly Star News), News 24, Aajtak, TV9, India TV and several others, Sapna categorically stated that Veena Malik is indulging in illegal activities in India. “Any person on a work visa in India cannot accept payments in cash for services rendered. The payment has to be made by account payee cheque only. Veena Malik has been receiving payments most in cash and allegedly using hawala to repatriate the money to benami bank accounts in Dubai and Pakistan. Sapna also claimed that Veena Malik allegedly has underworld links and was involved in the betting racket in Pakistan. She has been dishonored and thrown out of her own country. Why are we tolerating her in our country where thousands of girls are struggling for work? What is her USP,” asked Sapna?

Similarly, she attached Mahesh Bhatt for casting a porn star in his film. “Does Mahesh Bhatt keep searching for porn stars on the internet? With so many Indian girls ready to do hot scenes and other glamour roles, what was the need for Sunny Leone? And now Bhatt saab is auctioning Sunny Leone’s bikini and undergarments to garner publicity for his film? If Bhatt saab wanted money, he could have appealed to all Indian women, they would have donated their underwear to Mahesh Bhatt so that he could raise money for the publicity for his films,” retorted Sapna. 

Sapna had filed a non-cognizable complaint on Monday at the Amboli Police Station in suburban Mumbai (NC No 1208 / 2012) u/s 507 of the Indian Penal Code against some unknown persons allegedly claiming to act for and on behalf of Mahesh Bhatt and Veena Malik. The callers allegedly threatened her with serious bodily harm besides abusing her and her family on two occasions in the last 24 hours for speaking out against Mahesh Bhatt and Veena Malik.

The threatening calls were trigged by Sapna’s interview to a local publication, in which she had said that Mahesh Bhatt is a porn director and Veena Malik should be sent back to Pakistan. “Veena Malik should try supporting homosexuals and prostitutes in Pakistan instead of trying out these publicity stunts in Mumbai,” is what Sapna said in her interview. She had also alleged that Mahest Bhatt is promoting pornography in India which is a crime.

Sapna lashed out at some other actresses in the film industry. I have done over 300 films in the last 20 years and I am still shooting every day. “Most girls in the film industry are only good at bed work. They have no understanding of camera work, dance and acting. Girls like Poonam Pandey, Rozlyn Khan, Veena Malik and others who cannot act, are making money by circulating fake nude photographs in the media. Most girls are only capable of bed work,” she said referring to the casting couch that is all prevalent in the industry.

Bhojpuri actors Rani Chatterjee, Seema Singh and Suprena Singh are hot contenders as contestants or inmates for Bigg Boss, Season 6. Over the years, the very popular Reality Show on GEC Colors – Bigg Boss has seen participants from the Bhojpuri film industry like Ravi Kishen, Manoj Tiwari, Raja Chaudhary, Sambhavna Seth, Shweta Tiwari and others. This year three actors namely Rani Chatterjee, Seema Singh and Suprena Singh are vying for a position inside the house.

Says journalist and publicist Flynn Remedios who was instrumental in managing the entry and the subsequent PR blitz of German supermodel and actress Claudia Ciesla, Bollywood actress Shradha Sharma and some others in previous seasons of Bigg Boss, “This year’s Bigg Boss will be much bigger and better and the competition is heating up as the casting for the show has already started. I have heard that Rani Chatterjee, Seema Singh and Suprena Singhs’ PRs and secretaries are working overtime and burning the midnight oil trying to get them a slot inside the Bigg Boss 6 house. Others have approached politicians who they think can have a say in the candidate selection process. However, the Bigg Boss selection is very independent and cannot be influenced by anyone. I have heard that a well-known foreign actor and TV Reality star who is famous for a series of Reality Shows along with her sisters and other family members  has been approached by the production house Endemol which owns the format of the show and Colors – the channel on which the show will be aired.”

Flynn Remedios also hinted that Shah Rukh Khan could be a possible choice for the host. “Salman Khan has done two successful seasons. While he is the best and first choice as host for Bigg Boss 6, there is a possibility that Colors may decide to bring in a fresh, unexpected face in Bigg Boss 6.”

“While the candidates are all selected on merit for their unique persona and backgrounds there is also a possibility of a ‘paid candidate’ who would pay for his or her stay or visit in the house. In the past there were rumors that a film director and producer paid a huge sum of money officially to get an entry as an inmate in the Bigg Boss house. While this is not confirmed, there are very strong rumors about this and the possibility of a few paid candidates – like ‘paid news’ in newspapers cannot be ruled out,” explained Remedios.
